As mentioned here,, the use of multis is restricted over what had been the case in prior resets. Effective immediately, members of Congress are primary character positions and house multis of any type are therefore prohibited. Similarly, other political positions (i.e. Governors, Senators, cabinet officials, President and VP) are also primary character positions. The sole exception to this is the Lieutenant Governor/Legislative Leader ("LTG") position in the regions. These positions may continue to be held by a multi.

Additionally, only primary characters may participate in the fundraising system. LTG multis are specifically excluded from eligibility for fundraising. If a player with an LTG multi wishes to run for higher office and participate in the fundraising system, the LTG multi must become the primary character. Any warchest held by the primary character will be forfeited and the former primary character position will be retired from the game.
