Bio:
Reginald was born in on his family farm in rural Kansas where she was raised. He moved to Texas, where he attended school to become a doctor. After graduating, he enlisted as a field medic in Vietnam. Upon returning stateside, he entered politics in the heated 70's. Growing from local to state politics, he is finishing his second term as a State Senator, where he served as chairman of a powerful committee.
