Born on January 17, 1959, in town of Hockessin, Delaware, Maury has had a long, strange life. After graduating from the University of Delaware he went on to become a successful journalist for the Delaware State Press. Then in 1986 Povoovich was given the idea to start a daytime talk show, later to be known as the Maury Povoovich show. After a couple of moderately successful years the show took off and was given a national audience when it was syndicated by the Fox network. Sadly this syndication didn't last as producers forced Povoovich out and replaced him with Maury Povich. Disgraced, by a man Povoovich considered to be the lesser Maury, he vowed payback. After allowing his hatred simmer for a short while Povoovich was prodded to join the political world by his good friend and confidant Mitch Eubanks.

Today, Maury Spring Povoovich is running to be the first lt. governor of the newly created Northeast region all the while quietly plotting his revenge on his number 1 enemy, Maury Povich.
