Lake Woebegon is an in-character part of the game. Comments made in public gatherings can be reported on by the media. Comments made in private discussions may be "leaked" to the press by one of the people involved.

This change will be enforced on a common sense basis. If your character says something in a protest march, people will hear it, and the media can use it. If you and another character are talking in a Congressional office, it will only get to the media if someone a) leaks it and b ) reports their leak to an Admin.

This will not be applied retroactively.
