  • People running in elections are barred from doing CTs (with the exception of POTUS and VPOTUS candidates).
  • Lt Governors are not eligible for CTs - they run their own races.
  • Regional Opposition Leaders and Cabinet members are also without CT powers.
  • Senators and Representatives may only CT within their region.
